WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
The Uptothehill team works with trusted manufacturers and fulfillment partners worldwide to bring high-quality, well-valued products to our customers.
Depending on product availability and destination, your order may ship from locations including China, India, Vietnam, or other international fulfillment centers.
Please rest assured that your package will be handled with care through our logistics partners and major shipping carriers, including USPS, EMS, YUNEXPRESS, and other trusted delivery services.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation letting you know that we have received your order.
We begin processing your order approximately 6 hours after successful payment. Order processing usually takes 3–5 business days. During high-volume or special logistics periods, processing may take an additional 2–4 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with your tracking number. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after shipment.
Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages. If your order is split into separate shipments, you will receive multiple shipping confirmation emails.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination country or region.
For orders placed within the contiguous United States, standard shipments are usually delivered within 12–20 days after shipping. Express and VIP shipping options may arrive faster.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, local carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?
We accept returns for damaged or defective goods only. Return requests must be made within 7 business days of receiving the product.
Please note that the original shipping charge is non-refundable.
For non-quality-related issues, such as no longer wanting the item or ordering the wrong size or color, we are happy to offer a size or color exchange within 7 business days of the delivery date.
We accept order cancellations within 6 hours after the order has been successfully paid.
